I have purchased the 21 Days Habit to Weight Loss book but did not receive the book. What do I do?

Once payment is approved, an email for the download link of the e-book will be sent to you. If you did not receive the e-book, it could be any one of these reasons.

  1. It is in your junk/spam folder.
  2. The payment did not go through. Please check your account and if there is no payment made, please try again.
  3. You have provided a wrong email address. If this is the case, simply complete the “Contact Us” form found at the right panel of the homepage with the following information:
    1. Your correct email address
    2. The transaction ID or receipt number of your purchase. This can be found on the PayPal receipt that you receipt.

You will receive your e-book once we verify the purchase. It should not take more than 3 business days.


What can I do to make this weight-loss journey successful?

Losing weight takes time, effort and most importantly, determination. In additional to the free journal, we have written articles in our blog that would help you understand more about losing weight and how to put these into practice.

For you to achieve your desired results, it is a must to follow through good habits for 21 days straight. It is so easy for us to give up along the way. But the moment we do so, it is very difficult to get back to the habit.

Can I still lose weight successfully if I did not purchase the book?

Definitely. All it takes is developing good habits for weight loss. The book will help those who wants to know the actual steps to take for their weight loss journey. Even without the book, the free weight-loss journal will be able to guide you through the considerations that will help you set your goals and plan your exact steps to losing weight.

At the end of the day, it will be all up to you whether you or not you can take this 21 Days challenge.


Does it mean that I can achieve my weight-loss goals in 21 days?

All of us has different goals. It will be detrimental for our health if one person’s goal is to lose 30 kilos off their weight in 21 days. We do not recommend setting unrealistic goals for weight-loss, because it is a journey we can be consistently and persistently take to eventually reach our goals.
